Give Me All the Guac

I could eat guacamole every day for the rest of my life.  Here's our go-to recipe for making fresh guac for 2-3 people. 

Ingredients: 

2 ripe avocados (mashup, not too smooth, leave some chunk)

1/4 c cilantro ( *note-must be fresh and not packaged) finely chopped

between 1/4 c to 1/2 c red onion chopped

lime (use a fresh lime, not lime juice) squeeze one lime into the bowl

Kosher salt- a few shakes (tastes better than table salt)

your favorite bag of tortilla chips

Optional ingredients: (jalapeno & tomato) If you are feeling adventurous, toss in some chopped up jalapeño and tomatoes.

Add all ingredients to your bowl and stir together. I would add 1/4c onion first and taste from there. We do not enjoy a lot of onion, however, others may want to add more. I have found it tastes best after sitting in the refrigerator covered for 30 minutes + before serving. When removing from the fridge, give it a stir so it does not appear brown before serving.
