The Mom Tribe

There are so many things I never understood until I became a mother.  It's amazing how you look at the world differently when you are raising humans of your own.  Everything you do, how you act, what you say, impacts your children.  EVERYTHING.  Talk about pressure right?

As Mother's Day approaches, I am incredibly grateful for my MOM TRIBE.

These are the women in your life that are your friends & family, but who are also mothers. No matter where they live, next door or states away, the Mom Tribe is faithful, loyal, compassionate, and sometimes downright hilarious.

When you are having a bad day and just want to curse, you can text or call a member and vent. There's never any judgment. Even if it's as simple as a text saying, "I'm losing it today...Help"  or "My blood pressure is 200/150."

If your children are doing something incredibly cute and sweet, these are the women you send a video or picture via text.  You will almost always get a sweet response or some extra love for those stinkin', cute kids.

These ladies that are always happy and willing to give their opinions and personal experiences. When it comes to sicknesses, vacations, developmental milestones, etc.  Altogether, we are pretty much doctors, travel agents, and teachers. It's always nice to figure things out together. You are never alone when you are in the Mom Tribe.

Most importantly, these are the women that get it. They ALWAYS get it. They pick you up when you are down and hold you up for every victory.  Any victory.  Tiny victories.  It takes a village, and I'm proud to have mine.

I love you all so dearly. Near and far. I am so proud of all the mommies in my life. You make me a better person. You make me a better friend. You make me a better mother.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mamas out there.
Thank you for reading along.
Love, Rose
