Spring/Summer 2018 Fashion Trends for Women

I've done my homework. Here are a few fashion trends to look for this spring & summer. I created the image above to show how to apply these trends and be practical about it. Click on each style image for more detailed product information.

Spring/Summer 2018 Trends
COLORS:
Pastels are the norm for spring, however, lavender is one of the hottest colors right now.
Also look for the bold and the beautiful!  Bright yellow, emerald green, tomato red, and mixing pink and red together. These colors are bright and happy.  If you are scared to wear them solo, just throw on some bold color accessories (earrings, handbag, shoes) and you are in!
Denim on Denim.  Yep, you read that correctly. Wearing a denim jacket or denim shirt with jeans. Are you feelin' the 90s too?

PRINTS:
Floral everything. I am talking head to toe.
Checks and plaids. Yep, they aren't just for winter anymore. I have been seeing them everywhere. Blazers, dresses, skirts, even handbags, and shoes.
Black and white polka dot print. Polka dots always remind me of classy and preppy.  Cute for kids too!
Beach prints.  You will see palm trees, pineapples, and that overall palm beach feel on clothing.

FLARE FOR YOUR CLOTHING:
Feathers, jeweled straps, ruffles, puffy shoulders, and fringe. I am not saying go out with a full-on feather shirt, but a little accent here and there might liven things up a bit. You will also see square and asymmetrical necklines. I love this. This totally gives your top a sexier feel.

STATEMENT SHORTS:
Not a fan of shorts, but this trend could be fun to try. Look for shorts with ruffles, wraps,  tassels, or even balls hanging from the bottom.  I know you are thinking, that sounds hideous? Um, could be. You never know unless you try.

ACCESSORIES:
Statement earrings.  If you aren't feeling your outfit, add a pair of statement earrings to jazz it up. Spiral earrings are the new thing right now.  Add some tassels, fringe, and ball earrings to spice things up.
Belted handbags AKA FANNY PACKS.  I'm not kidding. They are here to stay.  Take me back 1980s.  However, I have seen some pretty hip looking belted bags out there. Not saying, I'm on board with this trend, I just find it fun!

Can't wait to hear what ya'll think of these!

Thanks for reading along.
